Naoma Riordan is a certified spiritual director, author, speaker, Navy veteran, doctoral candidate in educational leadership, and educator with more than 15 years of experience.Her work brings together contemplative reflection, educational leadership, and practical support for people seeking clarity, renewal, and purposeful growth.
SPIRITUAL DIRECTION
A Space to Pause and Listen
Spiritual direction offers a confidential, reflective space to notice the movement of the sacred, explore meaningful questions, and listen for the next faithful step.Naoma welcomes people from different faith traditions, spiritual backgrounds, cultures, identities, and life experiences—including those who are questioning, uncertain, or unaffiliated with a religious institution.Individual sessions are offered virtually through Zoom. Your first session is complimentary; ongoing sessions are $100 each. Group spiritual direction is available for $25 per participant.

Learning & Leadership with Purpose
Naoma offers engaging workshops, reflective coaching, professional development, and speaking experiences for educators, leaders, schools, churches, conferences, and organizations.Each experience combines practical knowledge, thoughtful reflection, and respect for the people and communities being served.Offerings may include educator renewal, purposeful leadership, culturally responsive teaching, instructional technology, student engagement, reflective practices, and workshops connected to Called to Teach.Workshop content, length, format, and pricing are tailored to each organization’s needs.
